Shelf Audit Notices
The Commission periodically performs audits on Marijuana and Marijuana Products marketed to patients and consumers. These audits are intended to ensure label accuracy and compliance with required testing.
Noncompliant Notices
The following licensees were subject to a shelf audit and are not in substantial compliance with Commission regulations. Products subject to these audits are held from sale while the licensee moves forward with destroying, relabeling, repurposing, or retesting the Marijuana or Marijuana Products.
Compliant Notices
The following licensees were subject to a shelf audit and found to be in substantial compliance. In some instances, further guidance is provided to the licensee to take steps to review representative sampling techniques and procedures.
