Cannabis Control Commission Public Hearing

Due to Monday’s weather forecast, the public hearing format has changed to remote only. The Commission will also accept email submissions until 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 23. The Commission will also continue to accept written comments from the public until 5 p.m. today. For more information, please see the Commission’s announcement.

In accordance with Sections 18-25 of Chapter 30A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, notice is hereby given of a hearing of the Cannabis Control Commission. The hearing will take place as noted below.
