Adult-use Marijuana Establishment License Applications by Priority Status
Massachusetts state law requires priority review of certain adult-use Marijuana Establishment license applications. These include Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (previously known as Registered Marijuana Dispensaries), which serve patients under the Medical Use of Marijuana Program, and Certified Economic Empowerment Applicants, which have demonstrated residency in, or experience or business practices that promote economic empowerment in, communities that were disproportionately impacted by previous marijuana enforcement.
