Public Comment Period Opens

Beginning Friday, July 24, the Cannabis Control Commission will accept public comment on revised medical and adult-use regulations, as well as the potential elimination of colocated adult-use and medical-use regulations. Testimony may be submitted electronically to Commission@CCCMass.com.

If interested parties are unable to submit electronic public comment, they should mail written submissions to Cannabis Control Commission, ATTN: DIRECTOR OF CONSTITUENT SERVICES, 2 Washington Square, Worcester, MA 01604.  Because the Commission’s offices are closed due to the COVID-19 state of emergency, for the Commission to receive submissions by mail, we recommend sending the submission via the U.S. Postal Service without requiring a signature.

The deadline to submit testimony, either written or electronically, is Friday, August 14, 2020. A public hearing will be held on Monday, August 3, 2020.
