Notice of Executive Session

Pursuant to the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(9.), the Commission will enter executive session to confer with a mediator, as defined in G.L. c. 233, § 23C, to participate in mediation between the Commissioners and staff leadership, for purpose of finding common ground and obtaining buy-in from all parties, in its efforts to establish a durable and effective governance structure.
