1) Update on the CCC’s final adult-use and recent draft medical marijuana regulations

2) Overview by Commissioner Harding on DOR’s implementation of the marijuana retail taxes

b) Discussion of challenges faced by the marijuana industry regarding banking and cash management: Marcel Vernon, DOR, Deputy Commissioner & Chief Financial Officer

c) Medical marijuana recommendations:

1) Discussion of how the Subcommittee should make recommendations regarding the medical marijuana program

d) Topics may include clarification of patient grow limits under a hardship cultivation registration, fees, licensing structure, and the regulation of pesticides

e) Other comments or suggestions that the Subcommittee might have as recommendations to the CCC

f) Other business
