Further, Licensees have an explicit obligation to track the distribution of Marijuana and Marijuana Products to the Consumer or Patient. Licensees are reminded that they are limited to conducting licensed activities within their Premises. See 935 CMR 500.103(2)(f) and 501.103(2)(f). Violations of state Marijuana law such as, engaging in activity that could be considered diversion, may result in the issuance of fines, suspension, or revocation.
