Subject: Bulletin – MMJOS Outage Due to Third-Party Issue
The Massachusetts Medical Use of Marijuana Program Online System (MMJOS) is experiencing an issue with its third-party database host and is temporarily unavailable to patients and licensees. The Cannabis Control Commission and the third-party provider are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and anticipates the outage may continue for several hours.
The agency will update stakeholders as soon as service returns to normal and appreciates your patience and understanding.
