Commissioner Kimberly Roy joined The Hank Zone on WPKZ to discuss her path to the Cannabis Control Commission, the agency’s equity and public health and safety mandates, adult- and medical-use programs in Massachusetts, and her priority issues as the Public Health appointee. She talked about her continuing work to raise public awareness around cannabis use and impairment, the need to increase youth education, as well as potential changes to the industry that could come with legislative action later this year.
