Notice of Public Hearings

Notice is hereby given pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, §2, that the Cannabis Control Commission will hold public hearings on the promulgation of 935 CMR 500.000, Adult Use of Marijuana. The regulations promulgate regulations regarding adult use of marijuana, including: licensing; operational requirements for cultivation, product manufacturing, retail sales and social consumption; delivery; compliance; enforcement; and administrative appeals.

The hearings will be held at the following dates, times and locations:

Speakers are requested to provide a copy of their oral testimony. The Commission encourages all interested parties to submit testimony electronically to the following address: CannabisCommission@State.MA.US. Please submit electronic testimony as an attached Word document or as text within the body of an email and type “Draft Regulations” in the subject line. All submissions must include the sender’s full name and address. Please note that the Commission will post all electronic testimony that complies with these instructions on its website. Parties who are unable to submit electronic testimony should mail submissions to: Cannabis Control Commission, 101 Federal Street, 13th Floor, Boston, MA 02110.
