The Massachusetts Medical Use of Marijuana Program
The Medical Use of Marijuana Program, administered by the Cannabis Control Commission, allows Registered Qualifying Patients with certain medical conditions and their Personal Caregivers to legally obtain marijuana from licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MTCs) for the Patient’s medical use.
