Cannabis Control Commission Public Meeting | Executive Director Search Subcommittee
In accordance with Sections 18-25 of Chapter 30A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Cannabis Control Commission. The meeting will take place as noted below.

The Commission may enter closed executive session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(8), to consider or interview applicants for employment or appointment by a preliminary screening committee if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants.
