The Medical Use of Marijuana Program (“Medical Program”) recognizes the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (“MCB”) Identification Card as a valid government ID.
- Patients may use an MCB ID Card to show residency when registering with the Medical Program.
- An MCB ID Card may also be used to prove identity and age when entering and purchasing at a Marijuana Establishment or Medical Marijuana Treatment Center.
- The MCB ID Card meets all government ID requirements under Cannabis Control Commission regulations.¹
