Join Us for a Community Engagement Event: Support for Cannabis Social Equity Grant Program Applicants
The Cannabis Control Commission will be hosting a special community engagement event for individuals interested in applying for the Cannabis Social Equity Trust Fund on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at noon in Roxbury.
As you may know, the Healey-Driscoll Administration and the Executive Office of Economic Development recently announced that the Cannabis Social Equity Trust Fund is now accepting applications for access to the FY25 Social Equity Grant Program until October 17, 2024. The program presents an important opportunity for eligible applicants to seek vital funding, and the Equity Programming and Community Outreach Department is committed to supporting your pursuit of this process.
Event Details
While the Commission does not administer, oversee, or determine the approval of applications submitted to the EOED’s Social Equity Grant Program, we recognize the need for guidance and assistance. This community event is designed to provide you with information and resources as you prepare your application for the October 17 deadline.
We will be joined by Immediate Needs Grant Program awardees who were approved by EOED to receive financial assistance during the initial Cannabis Social Equity Trust Fund application period earlier this year. Their insights and experiences will be valuable to helping potential applicants navigate the current process with confidence.
Please join us for this supportive and collaborative event. More information can be found below:
Date: Saturday, October 12, 2024
