Subject: Discontinuation of COVID-19 Agent Reporting
Pursuant to the Bulletin | COVID-19 Agent Reporting Requirements issued January 25, 2021, the Cannabis Control Commission required licensees to report all cases in which a Marijuana Establishment or Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Agent tested positive for COVID-19.
In alignment with the Healey-Driscoll Administration announcement of the end of COVID-19 Public Health Emergency in Massachusetts, COVID -19 reporting and the COVID-19 Inspection Questionnaire will no longer be required effective May 18, 2023.
Further information regarding COVID-19 can be found on the Commission webpage dedicated to COVID-19. Licensees are also advised and encouraged to consult the Commonwealth’s guidance for businesses. Licensees may also direct questions about this Bulletin to their assigned Investigator or Compliance Officer, or to Inspections@CCCMass.com.
