Ask your doctor or primary care provider if they are a Certifying Health Care Provider. If not, ask for a referral.

While there is no cost to obtain a registration card, Certifying Health Care Providers may establish their own fees for issuing a medical marijuana certification. If the fee poses a Verified Financial Hardship, the Qualifying Patient may request a waiver of the fee in a form and manner determined by the Commission.
