Permitted Accessories at Marijuana Treatment Centers (MTCs)
Learn more the accessories that MTCs are permitted to sell.
The following is a list of accessories that MTCs are permitted to sell to Registered Qualifying Patients or their Personal Caregivers:
- Vaporizers and attachments
- Pipes and attachments
- Water pipes and attachments
- Rolling papers, including wired rolling papers
- Concentrate dabbers
- Grinders
- Literature, videos, and other educational materials specifically regarding the medical use of marijuana
- Other devices used to facilitate the use of marijuana for medical purposes that are approved for sale by the Commission upon request by an MTC.
Accessory products and packaging sold in MTCs must meet the packaging requirements in 935 CMR 501.000.
Accessory products and packaging must adhere to the advertising and marketing requirements in 935 CMR 501.105(4).
