Creating Your Account

- Read the attestation and select the checkbox to agree. Click “Proceed.”
Step 5: Submit ID
- If you selected a state license or state ID as your form of identification and the system is unable to retrieve your photograph from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV), you will be redirected to the Identification Verification page. Selecting a Personal Caregiver
You have the option of designating a Personal Caregiver to assist you with your medical use of marijuana. To select a Personal Caregiver, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log into the Online System.
- Step 2: Click on “My Caregivers” at the top of the page.
- Step 3: Click “Generate PIN” to create a personal identification number (PIN) for your personal caregiver.
- Step 4: Provide the PIN to your personal caregiver and direct them to register with the Program in the Online System.
- Step 5: After your personal caregiver has registered, click on the link “My Caregivers” at the top of the page and follow the instructions to approve your personal caregiver.
- Step 6: After you approve your caregiver, the Program will process your personal caregiver’s registration.
