Registration Changes
Learn how to make changes to your information if you’re a Certifying Healthcare Provider with the Massachusetts Medical Use of Marijuana Program.
If the information you submitted at the time registration has changed, you must update the information in the Medical Use of Marijuana Program Online System (Online System) within five business days of the change. Examples include changes in your name, email, address, or phone number.
To update your registration information, please follow these steps:
Step 1
Log in to the Online System. Select Medical Use of Marijuana System.
Step 2
Click on the My Registration link at the top of the screen.
Step 3
Click Edit (on the left side of the screen). Make changes to your information, then click Update.
