In accordance with Sections 18-25 of Chapter 30A of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Cannabis Control Commission. The meeting will take place as noted below.

2. Review of recommendations to move selected candidates forward in the initial screening process for the position of Executive Director
   1. Preliminary Screening Process Discussion
   2. Designation of Subcommittee Members to conduct initial screening of candidates.
   3. Review Search Timeline and align with Subcommittee Meeting Schedule
   4. Status on the development of Initial Screening, First and Second Round Interview Questions
3. Executive Session
   1. Candidate Review
      The Commission may enter closed executive session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(8), to consider or interview applicants for employment or appointment by a preliminary screening committee if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants.
