Re: Provisional Approval Expiration Follow-up
Good afternoon, Provisionally Approved License Applicants –
You recently received a notice from the Cannabis Control Commission (Commission) to inform you that your provisional license approval expired due to a failure to pay the applicable license fee within 90 days in accordance with 935 CMR 500.103(1)(e) and 501.103(1)(d). Pursuant to the Commission’s Public Meeting held on September 12, 2024, this email is being sent to all applicants that received that notice to assist the Commission in identifying potential next steps relative to these expired approvals.
If you are still interested in moving forward in the state’s licensing process and wish to activate your provisional license by remitting the applicable fee to the Commission, please send an email to Licensing@CCCMass.com by 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2024. In that email, please provide: (1) the entity name associated with the previous provisional approval; and (2) the license application number(s). DO NOT send any provisional license fee payment(s) associated with these entities at this time.
If you do not wish to proceed, no further action is required.
If you have any questions, please email Licensing@CCCMass.com or call (774) 415-0200.
