MDAR Pesticide Policy Webinar Announcement | February 17, 2023

Announcement from the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources:

In December of 2022, the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (“MDAR”) updated its policy relative to the use of pesticides on marijuana. To assist growers in understanding the new policy and educating growers on the Massachusetts Pesticide Control Act (M.G.L.c. 132B) and its regulations (333 CMR), MDAR and the Cannabis Control Commission will begin hosting webinars reviewing the rules and regulations.
